PETITION – INSERT A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL ie Proposal to Construct a Footpath on

Smith Street, Byford

It is respectfully requested that the Council consider (INSERT THE FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT
OF THE PETITION) i.e. constructing a dual use path on the southern side of Smith Street, Byford between
Jones Road and Brown Court.

The ratepayers and residents of Serpentine Jarrahdale, whose names, details and signatures are set out on the
attached list support this proposal.

A summary of reasons for the proposal is (INSERT REASONS FOR THE PROPOSAL) i.e. many parents and
children from the neighbourhood use this road to get to the nearby primary school and it is also one of the main
access roads to the shopping centre.
