STEP: 1 -Up date shift schedule

STEP: 2 -(AGM Scheduling) -Cut and paste shift schedule into Job Control File (Blue File)

Note-

1) Remove the filter from the Event column

2) Only the “complete files” from the shift schedule report is used
3) Do Day and then Night shift
4) Go to the event column and filter by(pm)
5) Hand type only -the date from the actual (IN) column and place into the Planning Start Column
6) Do same for actual hours
Step #3 (Service Accuracy)
Note:

1) Always use the current date to put in the all outstanding or previous information
2) Use the “Blue Screen” to populate the Service Accuracy”
3) Put in the Eq.# / Put in the date as shown in the “Blue Screen”
4) Put in the current SMR / and put in the previous SMR by filtering the eq.# in the blue screen.
Step: #4 (PM Monitor)
Note:

1) Use the “Blue Screen” information to populate the “PM Monitor” sheet
2) If the PM Monitor is update every day then only us the (Blue Screen) PM -information that was
carried out that day to populate the “PM Monitor” screen.
3) Find the Eq.# and put in the date/PM interval/SMR

1) Technician submit a Work Request

2) Create a Work Order in Big Foot for the Work Request
3) Put the Big Foot Work Order number on the Work Request
4) Go to the M: (Drive) and fill out the line item
5) Put the job description in the “status detail”.
