Leaders can play the role of being good examples to the other employees so as to narrow

lived organizational values (Harris & House, 1999). For instance, if leaders demonstrate integrity

good examples of taking care of the organizational finances, the employees will follow that exam

good leadership. Leaders can also play the role of guiding and correcting the employees so as to
