    CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY AGREEMENT

    I Mr/Ms/Mrs_____________________________, application number ___________ hereby


    agree to attend the online video-interview conducted by the Indian Institute of Science as a
    part of the selection process to admit candidates to its research programs for the academic
    year 2020-21. I agree that I will not indulge in any unfair means to provide answers to the
    questions asked of me during the interview. For the entire duration of the interview, I will
    not interact with any other person online or in person. I further agree I will not use
    resources such as books or online information during the entire interview.

    I will not record the interview with the device used for the interview or using any other
    electronic device. I also agree that I will not save/disclose the proceedings of the interview in
    any form, audio/image/video or text to any person or to any media: online or print.

    I agree that IISc reserves the right to withdraw the offer if there is any violation of
    this agreement
