As the manager of the company, we implemented the integration horizontally, we sought to buy
or be a direct ally of the competitors that were entering the digital age and with that, close
acquaintances of behavior and profitability and, therefore, having the correct information and
truly lost migrated quickly and safely to the digital age would continue as a benchmark in the
