Responsibilities included checking bags for properly glued seams, printing placement,
refilling glues, refilling inks and as our inks are water based, watering them down as
necessary to adjust colour and keep them at the proper viscosity.  I have a base
knowledge of Beasley - French machines and am able to adjust print right or left and up
or down.  When machine has down time, I count out bags which are then bundled,
weighed, and packaged based on quantity required to fill order. I have a working
knowledge of print bags, sleeves, and window bags.

IQT Solutions – Bell Customer Service Representative

While working at IQT it was my responsibility to help customers with a variety of
different issues; ie helping them to understand their billed charges including proration,
educating customers on the different promotions and price plans that we have available,
also dealing with customers concerns/complaints.

AudioTronic/Dumoulin – Full time cashier/financier


Oshawa, ON - Nov. 2008 – Jan. 2010
Working at AudioTronic I answered phones, greeted customers, filed all paperwork, and
faxed all necessary documents to the head office. I gained knowledge in financing,
where I would discuss with the customer the length of their desired term and explain the
interest that would be included while making sure the company wouldn’t lose out on
profit and then fax with appropriate documents to the branch. I dealt with numerous
customers with regards to various customer service issues, from locating a product or
giving information on an item, to having to deal with returns and defective materials and
ensuring customer satisfaction. During the last few months that the store was open we
began dealing with insurance claims (fire/water damage) which I catalogued and
invoiced.
