MEMORANDUM OF

UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding (this “Memorandum of Understanding” or this “MOU”) is
made on this 22nd day of JULY 2020. By And between;

“Bricksfloor” (hereinafter referred to as the company ) having its registered office at Noida,
Business Park ,H-140,sector 63.

And

Amit Tripathi S/O Ram Pravesh Tripathi (hereinafter referred to as Independent Channel
Sales Partner) having its registered Address: TA-249, GALI NO-1, TUGHLKABAD EXTN., NEW
DELHI -110019

This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the understanding of the parties related to
Company’s appointment of Independent Channel Sales Partner, and this Memorandum of
Understanding shall expire upon the earlier of 12 months following the Effective Date, unless it
is extended by written modification, or a written successor agreement pertaining to the subject
matter of this MOU.

WHEREAS, in connection with the establishment of a business relationship between the parties whereby
Independent Channel sales partner would sell products and the parties wish to set forth their current
understanding and certain agreements made to date with respect to such relationship.

 Company is engaged in the Business of Real estate consultation and other services in the field of
real estate
 Independent Channel sales partner has to references.
 As per Discussion, company will pay commission to their Authorize Independent Channel sales
partner only.
 If there is any change in slab in any month we will update you accordingly.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by their signatures below, the parties have caused this Memorandum of
Understanding to be executed and effective as of the Effective Date.
