 Punch checking of lines with isometric and P&ID drawings

 Inspection of shop fabrication of piping spools and supports. Visual inspection of plant
piping and preparing Punch List after installation

 Material identification according to standards

 Supervision of material fabrication, which include dimensional and quality checking
 Erecting the pre fabricated materials and supervising the field welding
 Checking whether the fabricated materials match the requirements and comparing it with
the drawings
 Preparation of work history sheets according to site condition, type of weld and materials

 Verifying the test certificates and visually inspecting the materials according to the

test plan (ITP), quality control procedure (QCP), in compliance with the latest
AFC drawing & in accordance to Saudi Kayan/Saudi Basic Industrial Corp.
(Sabic) Engineering Standard.
 Inspection of structural steel erection for pipe rack, equipment & piping support
structure & other miscellaneous structure, involving, plumbness /alignment, bolt
tightening & torquing.
 Ensuring implementation of Quality Control Plan, Procedure and Inspection &
Test plan.
 To Prepare Inspection Reports & Test Packages for submittal to the client.

respective equipment.

 Inspection of ROTARY Equipments Alignment as per API 686 & 610 and
Manufacturer recommended tolerance.
 Ensuring the shims are in accordance with codes and standards.
 Inspection of saddle soft boot as per codes and standards.
 Documentation approval for grouting.
 Documentation approval for solo run and other activities.
 Inspection of final coupling alignment (with and without pipe).
 Inspection of anchor bolt and bed bolts tightening, torquing (as per specification
and vendor recommendation).
 Inspection of driver and driven base bolt’s tightening and torquing (as per
standard and vendor recommendation).
 Installation and inspection of spacer coupling and fasteners tightening.
