Purpose:
For long, Shephard Greene industries were following the traditional court remedial system which
was proved to be ineffective in numerous instances and sue to this company incurred losses in
terms of man hour, money and resources. In order to strengthen its business and keep itself abreast
of the recent business developments, Shepherd Greene should adopt the Alternate Dispute
Resolution (ADR) program which will help them in their overseas business deals as well. The
primary purposes of the proposal include:
1. Feasibility study of the ADR program as an alternative to traditional system in the
organization and how can it be used for optimization of legal operations
2. Conducting research for the efficient implementation of the appropriate framework for the
ADR program
Findings and conclusions:
In order to frame an efficient system, proper work scheduling is to be implemented and we
followed critical path method and program evaluation review technique algorithm to allocate
optimal time for each event. The tentative schedule reflects that the work would be completed on
December 10. Our management team was designed keeping in mind the qualifications and
professional expertise.
Recommendations:
We have conducted extensive researches on the ADR program and based on other external results,
we have recommended the same for this organization. However, there is always a risk in
implementing a reform. So, company should monitor its probity periodically so that this system
doesn’t become a burden on the company itself.
