SUBJECT : E-Learning Module on Countering the Financial of Terrorism

and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

1. Reference: Memorandum from OIC, RPSMD dated July 20, 2020 with
subject same as above.

2. This pertains to the letter from ASEC BAJA conveying that the Office of the
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has launched the new
eLearning Module on Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation of
Weapons of Mass Destruction by non-state actors.

3. The said module is a self-paced 40-minute interactive e-learning tool with

text and audio explanation, which enhances understanding of the various schemes
used by terrorist organizations to raise funds. It also examines the appropriate
measures to prevent terrorist fundraising and to seize terrorist funds.

4. Further, participants will receive a personalized certificate upon successful

completion of the module. Interested participants may register through the following
