Screening Tool for Chemicals / Processes Requiring SOPs

This screening tool is to assist in identifying operations which require Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP). This list is NOT all inclusive. Please contact EH&S for
assistance.
(Indicate all hazards as appropriate on the SOP form. Include the setup and decommissioning
phases of the experiment, as well as routine operations and any foreseeable out-of-normal
conditions.)
