Clients looking for a software development partner

Vendors looking to be part of the software development offering to clients

Status Quo
The platform launch was 5 months ago among the internal network of vendors
and clients, and approximately one month ago the sales team started to share the
platform externally to attract new clients and vendors.
Since the launch, Pangea has hired an external Analytics Specialist that so far has
helped the team to implement a solid basic structure using the following tools:

Next Steps for Pangea

Pangea.ai is a blank canvas when it comes to SEO, therefore
we need to get the following basic items done before moving
to a more in-depth and long term strategy:

Setting up the the right SEO tool framework

Implement on-page tactics: keyword tag, internal linking, meta title/text, clean
URLs, etc.

Deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy

Employ user experience UX and conversion rate optimisation methods to

turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance

Compiling and adding to SEO Guidelines.

Generate a long-term SEO strategy together with the Pangea.ai point of

contact.

The ideal addition to the Pangea.ai team would be someone

that possess the following:

Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs

The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt,
metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.

Robust Experience with Google including Google Analytics, Google’s Keyword

Tool and Google Search Console.

SEO/SEM Specialist 2
 Ability to work in an agile environment

Ability to teach our internal team on how to implement SEO elements and
take over when the time is right.

⚡ Note: The Pangea.ai team is not looking for someone to work full-time,
but rather someone experienced that can help us set up a strategy and
framework with clear guidelines and documentation on how to execute.
We envision working closely in the beginning to the expert and set up a
full work basic working SEO environment, and to act as an anchor
should we get lost/diverted/face issues. The ultimate goal is to help the
Pangea team be fully autonomous.
