number 382188 is an accredited Partner-Courier of Speedy
Delivery Platform International Inc., operating as MrSpeedy
Philippines.

Their duties and responsibilities as Partner-Courier entails in

agreeing to be an independent contractor for services rendered
to MrSpeedy Philippines and its clientele.

MrSpeedy is a same-day delivery service online platform

wherein users can hail a courier to pick-up and deliver parcels
and other items between addresses within Greate Manila Area.

This certificate is issued in observance of the Enhanced

Commutiny Quarantine imposed by the government, and to
respectfully request for the bearer of this document to be
allowed entry across borders within, to and from Metro Manila to
fulfill his services as deemed necessary, provided this
certification be presented along with the Partner-Courier's rider
application and a MrSpeedy ID.
