I. During the Tour

1. Carees not take responsibility for any loss and damage during the tour.
2. Please be aware of your personal belongings during the tour.
3. Please follow the instructions from the guide or local staff, such as meeting time and prohibitions etc.
4. Carees shall cancel your contract if you cause any trouble during the tour.

II. Extension of Time

You will be charged for any extention time during the tour.
Extension Fee
1. Extension Fee: Tour Conductor (English Speaker) +\4,000/Hour
2. Extension Fee: Private Coach (Passenger car) / Driver(English Speaker) +\8,000/Hour
3. Extension Fee: Private Coach (Bus) / Tour Conductor(English Speaker) +\18,000/Hour

III. Last Minute Change of Meals

A cancellation fee will be charged if you decide to change the chosen meals or restaurant after your booking.
Cancellation fee
Prior 7 days-3 days: 30% of the original price
Prior 2 days-the day before: 50% of the original price
On the day: 100% of the original price
*After cancellation, need to pay new meal at directly

IV. Extra/ Additional transportation

1.Carees do not provide transportation other than arrangment.
2.Please arrange for your own additional transportation if it is necessary.
3.Carees dont take any responsibility for transportation outside of the tour.

V. Additional fee for accommodation

1.Carees will not bear any additional fee at your accomodation during the stay.
2.Caress will not take any responsibility for any trouble.
3.Please bear the cost for any lost key

VI. Injury or accident

1. Caress not cover any medical expenses for any injuries.
2. Carees not take any responsibility for any injuries or other health concerns that occur during the tour.
