Design Team
Principal Architect - Principal architects are responsible for developing customers and
nurturing professional relationships. On each project, the principal works with the client to
determine goals and is ultimately responsible for delivering final schematics. They also
deliver construction documents to building contractors.
Assistant Architect - Architect assistants study buildings and their designs under the
supervision of the architect. They also make up initial and final drawings that show the
vision and technical details of the completed project.
Project Architect - Project architects manage construction projects from the conceptual
design phase through completion of construction. In this role, a project architect leads
teams of engineers and contractors while meeting directly with clients to develop and
execute large-scale projects according to schedule and budgets.
Town planner - A town planner is responsible for the design and development
of urban areas, such as towns and cities. As a town planner, you would ensure there is
balance between demands on the land being developed and the needs of the community.
Urban designer - to develop policies and planning guidance that secures the conservation
of the built environment and encourages a high quality of design in all new development
in the local area.
Visualizer - to support architecture and design teams with their projects. Visualizers turn
ideas, 2D plans, illustrations and sketches to 3D models which after applying light,
materials, and textures they become 3D images often called computer-generated images.
Intern - They propose designs and plans and help licensed architects ensure that those
plans are executed by the contractors and construction crews.
Structural Team
Chief Civil Engineer - A chief engineer is ultimately responsible for all operations and
maintenance that has to do with any and all engineering equipment throughout the entire
ship, and supervises all other engineering officer and engine ratings within the department.
Civil Engineer - Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards
by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations
and placements.
Land Surveyor - Surveyors update boundary lines and prepare sites for construction so
that legal disputes are prevented. Surveyors make precise measurements to determine
property boundaries.
