Public health is at the forefront of our minds as we welcome events back to

Bryan College Station! Below are some recommendations to ensure your
event goes on safely and without a hitch!

Send all protocols to Bryan College Station Sports + Events to be

dispersed to the proper channels locally!

Send a reminder to players, spectators, and coaches

that Bryan College Station is under a mask ordinance!

OUTDOOR SPORTS INDOOR SPORTS

Masks do not need to be worn while
in play, but they are required to be
worn by players on the bench that
can't maintain social distancing.
Spectators in areas where social
distancing standards can't be met
must be wearing a mask.
Only immediate family is allowed
under the same tents on premises.
Masks do not need to be worn while

common areas.
Coaches must wear masks.
Spectators must wear masks into
the venue and when moving
around the venue.
It is the venues discretion to
mandate masks for spectators in
seating areas.
 Require those that are sick or experiencing any COVID-19
related symptoms to stay home!

Players should bring their own equipment, like gloves and

bats, when possible.

6 FEET Reduce physical closeness and maintain 6 feet of space

between players and coaches when possible.

Remind players, coaches, and spectators to clean their hands

before and after practices and games as well as when sharing
equipment.

Bring water! Water fountains will be turned off and no team coolers
will be provided. Participants will need to provide their own water
bottles along with refills.
