Justification for Software Tester Vacancy

Qualification

I belive I am well cable of this nature of work since I am Currently working as a CTI assistant
at Centre for technology and Innovation (CTI) in Technology Park Malaysia . The main tasks I
perform is preparing and executing test cases and test scripts for functional tests from use
cases, requirements specifications and architectural models and then communicating and
documenting the findings concisely, accurately in a well presented manner.

Skills
The job vacancy for a software tester requires the candidate to have creative
problem solving skills and also able to work individually or on a project in a team
environment with minimal supervision.

During degree studies, I helped improve the quality of soft wares by identifying the causes
of a problem and proposing potential, creative, solutions to the problem, which were
agreeable to my fellow colleagues.

Experience of working in teams during academic projects involved planning, role allocation
and coordination to ensure high quality work was submitted within deadlines. Interaction
with peers helped develop the ability to work effectively with people from different cultures
and work styles. I belive that working in group projects during my studies have enabled me
to develop teamworking skills needed for this position.
Personality

My degree study has enabled me to absorb the personality traits that would help me adjust
accordingly to this job. My major strength is my ability to grasp instructions accurately and
