7 Uploading of Joint Feasibility Report by Sr.DEN/DEN Sr.DEN/DEN of
(In case Sponsoring Organization officials do not sign the Joint Railway
Feasibility Report in reasonable time, Sr.DEN/DEN may upload
without their signature duly giving the remark to this effect in Joint
Feasibility Report)
8 Finalization of Span Arrangement by CBE CBE of
a) He may approve with changes as deemed fit and send to concerning Zonal
Sponsoring Organization for preparation of GAD Railway
b) He may return the proposal to division for revision with
necessary remarks
9 If Joint Feasibility Report is returned by CBE to division then Sr.DEN/DEN of
division to take action as per step 5,6,7. Railway
10 Submission of GAD, etc by Sponsoring Organization to CBE as per Sponsoring
Joint Feasibility Report and Span arrangement finalized by CBE Organization
11 Scrutiny of GAD, etc by CBE CBE of
a) He may forward to division for signature concerning Zonal
b) He may return to Sponsoring Organization for correction if any Railway
12 In case GAD, etc is returned by CBE, then Sponsoring Organization Sponsoring
to revise the GAD accordingly and resubmit Organization
13 Signing of document by divisional officials and forwarding to CBE Sr.DEN/DEN
14 Approval of GAD by CBE CBE of
a) He may approve the proposal concerning Zonal
b) He may return to division for corrections if any Railway
15 If GAD is returned by CBE to division for correction then Sr.DEN/DEN
Sr.DEN/DEN to do the correction, sign and send to CBE for approval
