90SQ... SERIES
SCHOTTKY RECTIFIER 9 Amp

Major Ratings and Characteristics Description/Features

The 90SQ axial leaded Schottky rectifier series has been
Characteristics 90SQ... Units optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate
leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable
IF(AV) Rectangular 9 A operation up to 150°C junction temperature. Typical applica-
waveform tions are in switching power supplies, converters, free-
wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
VRRM range 30 to 45 V
150° C TJ operation
IFSM @ tp = 5 µs sine 2150 A High purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for
enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance
VF @ 9 Apk, TJ = 125°C 0.42 V Very low forward voltage drop
High frequency operation
TJ range - 55 to 150 °C Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term
reliability
