Udyam Registration process will be applied in replacement of Udyog Aadhar or any other MSME
Registration process prescribed by the Government earlier. It is mandatory to register under
Udyam Registration, Even if you are registered as Udyog Aadhar or other registration. To take

What are the details and documents required for Udyam Registration?

number should be linked to with his aadhaar card for proprietorship firm, in case it is not, you will
need to submit authenticate your details on other details as relevant to PAN or GSTN data.

How much time will it take to get the Udyam Registration Certificate?

You will get your Udyam Registration Certificate immediately on your email after applying for
registration using your details. Within 24 hours you will receive your certificate in the mail.

Is any physical copy of Certificate will be issued?

Udyam Certificate will be issued by mail as e-Certificate and You can take print when you need it. A
printed copy is enough for registration proof for any linked government scheme. There is not any
physical copy will be issued by the government.

The validity of Registration?

Registration Certificate will be validated lifetime one you registered. Except for changes in any core
factor.

Udyam Registration required, Even if registered under Udyog Aadhar / Other MSME
Certificate?

It is a new form of MSME Registration by Government of India, All enterprise registered under any
act or procedure like Udyog Aadhar, SSI EM II or IEM and eligible under MSME, Required to re-
register under Udyam. As per Act, all enterprises have to compulsion register before 31st March,
2021, to continuous availment of all benefits.
