I would like to express my interest in your organization that you have published. I am interested in this role as I
have valuable working experience within the Livelihood sector and I am looking for a varied and challenging
role to help further advance my career. I look forward to being part of an organization that offers continuous
learning opportunities that will help me improve as an individual while still being able to contribute to the
organization. The importance and impact of society has been something which I have followed closely and been
fascinated by in both an academic capacity and on a personal level and the opportunity to continue this as a
career excites me immensely. 

I have done post-graduation diploma in rural management from Xavier Institute of Management Jabalpur in
April 2014 and having total 6 years experience in Non-Profit organization in Livelihood sector such as project
management, Programme Coordination, Women Empowerment, Annual work Planning, Capacity Building,
Training and development, Horticulture, Institution Building and FPO Promotion.

From 13th April 2017 to till now I am working at TechnoServe India as Assistant Manger on Women
Advancement in Rural Development and Agriculture, Managing FPO Operation (Aranyak Agri Producer
CompanyLimited) Promoted by Jeevika in Purnea Bihar. As senior associate I worked on  access to markets of
the woman-led FPO, Improved FPO revenue by 400% in the April, 2017 to November, 2018 period, Hedged
risk of price fluctuations by selling material on exchange platform, Instituted systems for collective marketing,
quality standardisation, grading and packaging among producer groups of maize, set up an aggregator model for
the systematic collection of agricultural producer at the village cluster level, Linked FPO with Professional
warehouse partners and facilitated the NWR from credit linkage with NBFC’s and regional Banks, Designed
Business Plan and Built Management capacity within the executive committee, Evaluate the F.Y. Business plan
of FPO and maintain the finance performance as per requirements of linked finance institutions. Representative
General Body, Producer company management committee, BOD’s of FPO, Created Primary level the
Agribusiness Model on Banana Value chain, Fox-Nut (Makhana) and Agri-Input Business to improve the
Business Profile of FPO, Retail licence for Agri-Input business from Input companies and govt. department.

In Earlier Organization I joined as Project Executive trainee at SRIJANINDIA at Sagar Madhya Pradesh in 1 st
May 2014 for one year and continued as Project Executive 6 th April 2017 and designed the Business and sales
plan for the FPO’s and Monitored sales performance, Improved avg. FPO revenue by 100% in the financial
period (2016-2017), Improved the price realisation for farmers by 29% through Market linkage, Instituted PHM
practices for better price realisation of farmers, Built FPO capacity on quality standardisation, aggregation and
grading practices, Developed a soybean crop value chain and mobilised 3,500 farmers to participate in collective
marketing of produce, Supported the team to organize community level meetings, trainings, workshops and
exposure visit, Facilitated the agriculture operational techniques, Conduct the workshops on project them for
Public, Private sectors stakeholders.

This experience in addition to my previous experience is in community development by multi input area
development and right based approach has given me the knowledge and experience in situation and
understanding of the importance of ‘Project Management, Social and Financial internal audit.

I possess excellent organizational skill and ability to deal with community related affaires. I am an excellent
communicator and remain positive under pressure situations. My resume is attached with this application and I
