  Hot oil drain drum
1 Work description : scaffolding erection and dismantling installing insulation and jacketing for pipe and equipment

1.1 TEAM: Competent supervisor Hole watcher ,HSE supervisor ,workers and operator rigger.  

1.2 Crane shall be used as an evacuation route bring up to patient

Rescue team containing from four people will take the patient out by using a stretcher with the help of SECL nurse
1.3  

1.4 Properly lighting system must be provided inside

1.5 Ensure assigning competent and trained people for doing this job

1.6 Tripod crane system must be standby if case a emergency come

1.7 Ensure providing safe/ clear access and egress way inside and outside of confined space.
1.8 Special 2 supervisor must be assigned for monitoring people who working inside the vessel
1.9 Exhaust system should be arranged .
1.10 Name ,title of emergency team (DCBM,SECL) contact number must be attached with work permit.
1.11 Worker must be wear ppe full body harness and specific ppe if required
1.12 The escape route must be kept freeform the all the tripping hazards (scaffold materials)
1.13 The alarm must be clearly audible by all people working inside .

2 Rescue plan and Emergency procedure in case of exposing the work team to falling from height

2.1 After hearing the alarm the work shall directly stopped

2.2 The team rescue leader will be moved to the guy exposed to falling directly .

2.3 Inform SECL &HSE about the accident .

2.4 Assists SECL nurse to transfer the IP (injured person)to the stretcher and take out of the confined space.  

Pull the lanyard off from the FBH of the patient .

2.6 Rescue team containing from four people will take a patient out by using a stretcher

2.7 Ramp ladder( which already erected )inside if scaffolding shall be used as an evacuation rout to transport the patient out
3 Emergency procedure in case of exposing the work team to electrical shock :

3.1 Directly turn the power off by using an isolated materials from the main source supplier after hearing the alarm .

3.2 Carefully remove the sores of contact from the injured worker

3.5 First AID treatment to be given by trained /approved first aider by following the step below.
  a Establish and maintain an open air way
  b If injured is not breathing assists ventilation shall be started (using mouth - to mouth ) breathing .
  c The injured to be warm and rest .

  d In case of vomiting the injured shall be turned on side to insure clearance of air way

3.6 Transport the patient to the ambulance then to medical aid center .
