Reflection:

Throughout this course I have been constantly researching about my dream job of a sports
medicine physician, and how I think it is a great job that fits my personality. The brand that I
have now created represents me and my qualities and can help others know little more about
me. This company represents me because it helps me pursue my passions of science, sports and
helping other people, and I think that this is a positive motivator because I know that I will
enjoy running and working well in the firm. This company will also help me demonstrate my
greatest transferrable skills. For example, to manage the company, as well as treat patients, I
will be constantly working and planning with others, and this demonstrates one of my best
skills of collaboration. I am also strong in communication, and this will help me as I will need to
be able to clearly communicate with my patients so that I can satisfy their needs. One of my
best strengths is that I have a good work ethic. This is essential because I will be working at all
times, whether it is treating patients or managing the company, and I need to be able to do all
of this effectively. Running this company fulfills many of my “must haves”, in a job such as
loving what I do and always being challenged. As mentioned above, I will love running this
brand as it includes many of my passions. Every day when I am working at this place, I will
constantly experience different injuries and treatments, and through this, my knowledge and
experience will constantly be growing and learning new things. And finally, one of my biggest
inspirations for creating this brand, is knowing that I can treat people every day and make
patients day better. So overall, I think that this brand brightly represents my skills, qualities and
strengths as a person, and it will give others the chance to know more about me.
