1. FPC will procure wheat at the end of this month, as we
know that farmers who have stored wheat will sell only after
September. So we can procure wheat from farmers from
September. FPC objective is to procure raw material from
farmers, FPC will procure as much can directly from
farmers.
2. For marketing FPC will develop own channels, now FPC
has identified distributor in Lucknow, Bahraich and Unnao
district. As FPC will start operation FPC will do MOU with
those people. FPC is also expecting support from
Technoserve to help in sale of product to modern retail
stores.
3. Processing manager will be provided by the machine
supplier for one month, and FPC has identified two
assistant operation manager who will help him and learn
the operation. So that after one month they can operate.
Entire machine is automatic and with digital display staff
have to just only maintain the pressure electronically. For
marketing staffs FPC will hire two week before start
operation.
4. For asset BODs are arranging loan from different source
about INR 30 lakh is required (INR 20 lakh for packaging
machine and INR 10 lakh for packaging material). For
working capital our legal advocate and DDM NABARD is
regularly contacting the Banks, Both have assured that
finance will be done but it will take about 20-25 days.
1. Machinery has been setup except packaging unit which will
be completed at the end of this month.
2. FPC will start processing after 15th of August 2020.
3. FPC need support in micro planning of supply chain, loan
guarantee from SFAC, Marketing of wheat flour from
Technoserve.
