RE: Request Letter for a copy of CCTV footage in Pavilion 3 between June
13, 2019 and June 19, 2019

Ma’am;
This request stemmed from a lost barong owned by our Founder/Conductor, Dr.
Edgardo L. Manguiat which was last seen inside UPSA’s tambayan, Pavilion 3201.
The University of the Philippines
On June 13, 2019, the group had a performance in Makati and the said barong was Singing Ambassadors
left in Pav 3201. It was left there hanging along with other UPSA costumes until a
week after where Kuya Ed was about to use it on a performance that we noticed it
wasn’t there anymore. 722 Bldg. 7, Sikatuna BLISS 1
Mapagkumbaba St., Sikatuna Vill.
In view of the foregoing circumstances, we would like to seek assistance from your Diliman, Quezon City 1101
good office to allow us to have a copy of the footages of your CCTVs located along PHILIPPINES
hallways and stairs adjacent directly to Pavilion 3, room 3201 recorded on June 13-
June 19, 2019. These CCTV footages will be of great help for easy identification of upsa21@yahoo.com
upsingingambassadors@yahoo.com
the alleged culprit, if it was stolen, or if a member of the group unknowingly got it
www.upsingingambassadors.com
from the rack and mistakenly brought it somewhere.

Rest assured of our continued support on matters of shared interest. Thank you.

Respectfully yours,
