    UCCP SUB-THEME LOGO

    Year 3 (EY 2020-2021)

    “BRINGING GOOD NEWS TO THE MASSES IN THESE CHANGING TIMES”


    (Text: Luke 4:18-19)

    The boat with the cross symbolizes the UCCP who is bringing and expanding the
    message of God’s love to all people and to all creation. It bears God’s love that offers
    freedom from captivity, light to those who are in the darkness and hope for the
    hopeless. The boat portrays that we are on our journey with God and with God’s people.
    Jesus who is standing on the left side leads the people to abundant and meaningful life.
    Fixing our eye unto him brings us to focus our purposive and intentional of doing God’s
    mission here on earth.

    The variety of people from all ages, genders, colors and beliefs are all welcome to
    experience God’s Shalom to all.

    The Dove attached with the yellow rays magnifies the work of the Holy Spirit that
    promotes lasting just peace for all. The waves represent the changing times both in the
    Church and in the community. God’s love surpasses all challenges, overcomes all evil
    and reigns over all creation.
