Dear Leaders,
Greetings on the new financial year 2021!!!
We all know that we are celebrating the 20th year of Max Life. We are now a strong and successful Life Insurance Company and rank amongst the finest in
India.
The recent emergency of COVID pandemic has thrown new challenges for us as it has for all businesses all over the world.
We have to display strength of our character as well as resilience to not only survive but thrive in this period, by leveraging our core competency in career
agent model, efficiency through our digital platforms and capability building through our training culture.
While the external situations may not be very conducive, we still have to ensure that Q1 of FY21 starts very well so that we get strong momentum for the
next 3 quarters.
I am sharing with you the Agency strategy for Q1 AMJ FY21 in this Play book. It has list of all the important initiatives (digital, cross-sell), Sales stories and
enablers to make your office achieve strong growth in AMJ FY21. We have also laid out work rhythms for all roles in office to enable everyone to be at their
best efficiency while working from home.
I am outlining the key deliverables for all of us in the first 90 days of Q1, FY 21
1. Digital training of all ADMs and AA - do certify every agent in your team
2. Big focus on contracting new AA
3. Driving MTD activation amongst AA to grow Office Active base
4. Growing Top Line and achieving Business Plans
The above 4 focus areas should be relentlessly focussed by everyone.
