The internet has been an advertisement in many years has received a great deal of
interest, as many businesses are using the Internet in their marketing strategies and
somehow push customers through the process and ultimately persuade consumers into
buying online. It is also a virtual site where individuals express their thoughts, build
community, collectively influence the future and of course encourage a business approach.
Also, the internet seems to have become world’s biggest shopping mall which always
enables the small business to still do their businesses more efficiently with cost associated
and yet also targeting the world economy. When the competition in e-commerce is
growing presently, it becomes even more important for online businesses consider
customers attitude towards online shopping practices and what allows the customers to use
it. It is a chance to stay in touch with customers, to please themselves and to create brand
loyalty which was not achievable before.
Online shopping has influenced many people around the world especially among the
young adults in today’s generation.
