AFFIDAVIT

I, __________________, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am one of the neighbors of ___________________ in house is just

located beside my house;

2. On August 7-9, 2020, stayed in her house for the death

anniversary of her father;

3. On August 9, 2020, spent the night in my house ether with her

child. She only left my house at around 9:00 in the morning of August 10,
2020;

4. Before she left, she told me that she and her son will stay at on
August 10, 2020 and will go back to Manila the following day;

5. I am executing this affidavit in good faith, without being

intimidated, coerced, forced, nor promised any reward whatsoever, and
for all legal intents and purposes it may serve;

6.The contents of this affidavit were explained to me in a language

that I understand.
