    Due to the prevalent counter measures of the Covid-19 cases in the Philippines.
    It was confirmed to be a human-to-human transmission putting the nation on a high
    alert. As a safety measures, I prevent myself going to the airports and any crowded
    places until a new advisory regarding the Covid-19 will be released by the DOH.

    I promise that I will submit my Honorable Dismissal before this year 2020 ENDS
    OR EARLIER because I will travel from Mindanao to Luzon to go the my ALMA MATER
    at PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE ACADEMY located at Silang, Cavite.

    Hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter due to the COVID-19.
