NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th June, 2020
S.O. 2152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38A and sub-section (1) of
section 38B of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), and in supersession of the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change number
S.O. 1685(E), dated the 18th May, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Central Government hereby re-constitutes the Central Zoo Authority and appoints the
following members, namely:—

3. The Central Zoo Authority shall perform the functions assigned to it under the said Act.
