    To ensure the correct functioning of the mechanism, it’s important the correct positioning of the tooth on

    the guide, to do this three measures are involved:

     The distance between the bottom of the plug and the end of the plug-in contact with the holder
    (20.5 ±0.05)
     The distance between the threated side of the Pin and the tooth (18.7±0.05)
     The width of the tooth (1.6 -0.1)

    With a chain of tolerances calculation, it was found that the resulting clearance goes from 1.7 to 1.9 so it’s
    always guaranteed the correct positioning of the tooth respect the guide.

    Moreover, It was also verified that the height of the pin’s tooth wasn’t higher than the guide one.
