Hoe meer de gemeten temperatuur de ingestelde waarde nadert, des te minder staat de vermogensaanwizerschaal minder vol. Wanneer de ingestelde temperatuur's bereikt, gaat de indicator uit. De vermogensregelfunctie kan worden uitgeschakeld vanuit het submenu *Systeeminstelingen’ door het vinkje op “Vermogen instellen’ te deactiveren. Het kan er een storing zijn als de convectorlange tid op een koude plaats was en dan ineens op een veel warmere plaats wordt geplaatst.
