NOTIFICATION
This is to notify that the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has constituted a task force to assist the
officials in charge of the security arrangements in the campus and closely monitor the
performance of the security staff during the lock down period:

1. Shri Arindam Bhattacharya- Coordinator

2. Shri Chinmoy Banerjee - DV. Coordinator
3. Shri Khokan Maity
4. Shri Susanta Kumar Ghorai
5. Shri Animesh Majee
6. Shri Dipankar Mondal

The task force will report directly to the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor and assist the University
officials as and when required.
The University campus will remain sealed until further order and outsiders or strangers will
not be allowed to enter the campus or trespass through the campus during this period. All
gates of the campus will remain completely sealed and outsiders will not be allowed to visit
the residential quarters without prior permission from the authority. Gate No. 3 of the
University will remain permanently closed until further order. All stakeholders are requested
to strictly adhere to this order and cooperate.

All concerned are being informed accordingly.
