568SC (Duplex SC) Connector - Multimode

 Meet the Fiber Optic Connector Intermateability Standards (FOCIS) specifications of

TIA/EIA-604-3.
 Be available in simplex and duplex versions.
 Have a quick field termination process, which does not require power.
 Have a termination process, which incorporates use of a reliable anaerobic adhesive,
which has a high resistance to environmental extremes.
 Terminate both 50/125mm and 62.5/125m optical fiber.
 Utilize a precision Zirconia ceramic ferrule.
 Have a buffered fiber version consisting of 3 parts per fiber (inner body, outer
housing & boot).
 Have a jacketed fiber version consisting of 4 parts per fiber (inner body, outer
housing, crimp sleeve, and boot).
 Have integrated & elongated duplex outer housings which greatly facilitate mating/de-
mating.
 Have a jacketed fiber version, which includes 1 beige and 1 black boot (to facilitate
fiber identification).
 An outer housing color-coded (beige) in accordance with ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.3.
