OVERTIME WORK TO EVALUATE ENTRIES FOR THE SEARCH OF BRIGADA

ESKWELA BEST IMPLEMENTING SCHOOLS

In reference to DepEd Memorandum No 36, s. 2019 entitled 2019 Brigada Eskwela

Implementing Guidelines, the above mentioned members of the Division Selection and Evaluation
Committee are hereby directed to render overtime services on July 14, 2019 (Sunday) to do the
following;

1. Complete the evaluation of the documents of the schools that joined the search for
Brigada Eskwela best implementing schools;

2. Finalize the list of the top 3 schools per category and per level; and

3. Schedule the itinerary of each validating team.

They are expected to be in the Schools Governance and Operations Division Office from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Further, they are entitled of 1 day Compensatory Time Off (CTO) as per
DepEd Order 53, s. 2003.

Attached is the list of Division Selection and Evaluation Committee.
