Sir,

This letter wishes to convey all our reasons to ask help from your good office. We have school
program which is School Beautification. With this, we need paints to make our school beautiful,
attractive and conducive to learning so that our pupils are eager and well-motivated to go to school
everyday. Our school MOOE cannot suffice to finance for the said paints. So, we agreed to ask help
from you to solve this problem. Sir, kindly extend to us your support for this program. Your help will
be valued and treasured by all of us.

The estimated paints given to us by the painter are the following:

1 Pale Mahogany Brown (latex)
1 Pale Maroon (latex)
1 Pale Red (latex)
1 Pale yellow (latex)
1 Pale Blue (latex)
1 Pale candy cream (latex)
1 liter venetian red (latex)
2 gallons emulsion clear
1 gallon red (QDE)
1 gallon Yellow (QDE)
1 gallon Blue (QDE)
