 TRAFFIC DENSITY ON SITE :
• The given glimpse of the site is from the
timing when traffic is at its peak.
• Heavy traffic can be observed during 12-2 pm
and later from 5 -10 pm.
• Major traffic can be observed in the region
and the rod running adjacent to Vishnudas Bhave
Auditorium.
• Moderate traffic can be seen along Juhu
chowpatty marg.
• The least traffic can be seen during early morning
hours on all days till noon apart from sunday; the
traffic is at its peak past 10 am.
• Also major vehicular movement can be seen along
the chowk, Vishnudas bhave auditorium road and
Juhu chowpati marg.

 Since, Navi Mumbai has a warm and humid climate some
of the design characteristics are :
1. BUILDINGS SHOULD BE SPREAD OUT WITH LARGE OPEN SPACES IN BETWEEN
FOR UNRESTRICTED AIR MOVEMENT.
2. CROSS VENTILATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. LARGE OPENINGSTO UNOBSTRUCT
AIR PATH ANDTO ENSURE PROPER VENTILATION.
3. THE OPENINGS SHOULD BE SHADED BY EXTERNAL OVERHANGS.
4. OUTLETS AT HIGHER LEVELS TO VENT HOT AIR.
5. PROPER WATER PROOFINGAND QUICK DRAINAGE OFWATER IS ESSENTIAL
DUETO HEAVY RAINFALL. WARM AND HUMID CLIMATE BUILDING
