MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF ROMANIA

MILITARY ORDINANCE no. 3 / 24.03.2020 regarding measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Romania, Marcel Vela, issued the present ordinance and, regarding
the documents that expire during the period of the state of emergency, the ordinance stipulates the
following:

Art. 12. - (1) Documents that expire during the period of the state of emergency, issued by the public
authorities, may be exchanged within 90 days from the date of cessation of the state of emergency.
