EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Banana is one of the staple foods and popular in the Municipality of
Nabua. It is often seen as a part of their snacks/merienda. People called
their favorite snack as sinapot which a great partner for other cuisine like
pansit loglog, goto and etc. Because of its mouth-watering taste and low-
price students often eat this kind of food. Our store named Banana Sandy
will offer an appetizing yet nutritious snacks for everybody.

The proponents decided to come up with a business using this kind of


ingredients. We decided to venture this kind of business because we
believe that the people will always purchase the products which become
part of their everyday lives.

The Banana Sandy will be open for _ days starting February 25 –


March 1, 2019. The venue of our store will be located at the Cong. Sal
Fortuno Civic Center.

We venture this kind of business to provide a nutritious snack for


everybody and as well as to earn income by providing cheap yet delicious
snacks for everybody. We found out 1 competitor to our business. The
Banana Sandy will be marketed through different methods of promotion
mix, which encompasses advertising and public relations. We will
distribute different fliers and posters in order for them to know what our
products are and to locate our station. Social media will be used also
because nowadays students are more inclined in technologies so they will
see our products immediately. Our business will be managed by us, no
other people will be involved to it.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To earn income by providing cheap yet delicious and nutritious
snacks for everybody.

 We considered them as our competitor because the raw
ingredients that we are going to use is banana which is similar to
the ingredients that they are going to use.
MARKETING PLAN:
As a small entrepreneur, we plan to market our product that we
named “Banana Sandy”. The mentioned business will be marketed through
the method of Promotion Mix which encompasses advertising, sale,
promotion, and public relations. Our plan for dissemination is distributing
different fliers and posters containing information about our business.

VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS:


The selling will be done by us. There will be no involved people
outside the school premises. The business will be conducted by the Group
2 of 12-HUMSS B students of Nabua National High School. The materials
will be bought from the supermarket and products will only be from the
students and known suppliers.

THREAT/S:
 Canteens around the school may also sell different products wherein
students may have a lot of choices.

OPERATIONS AND OPERATING MANAGEMENT:


Banana Sandy will be open on February 25- March 1, 2019. Our stall
offers mini turon roll and juices. The utensils that we are going to used are
super kalan, food tongs, frying pan and blender.

FINANCIAL PLANNING:
As we put up this new business, the amount to be used for expenses
will be contributed by us. The amount that we are going to pay each is P
50.00 The list below will be the budgetary requirements necessary putting
up into this kind of business.

RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN:


When putting up a business is expecting that there are many risks to
be encountered and conflicts that may happen. Therefore, we discuss
these different dilemmas so that we can avoid discussions and
misunderstandings. One risk is that, we might find a hard time in preparing
our products because it includes a lot process to prepare.

TIMELINE:
March 3, 2019 – we will buy the raw materials needed for our product.

First week of March

 opening of “Food Bazaar” located at Sal Fortuno Civic Center.

 We will start at 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m for selling the product.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION:


Venturing a business by a beginner like us for the first time seems to
be difficult and we always think of different possibilities that may happen to
our business.
We choose this kind of product and expect to satisfy our customers.
We also make sure not just the quantity but most especially the quality of
the products that we are going to sell.
Banana Sandy’s product will surely fit to the flavor of the people
especially to the students who always want something new to their eyes
and taste. The criticisms that we may get can help to us in improving our
products for better satisfaction.
