DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed, by and between:

DONOR,

DONEE,

WITNESSETH: THAT—

The DONOR is the registered owner of a certain unit of motor vehicle, particularly

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE BENEVOLENT PURPOSE which the

DONEE inspires in the DONOR, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR does
hereby transfer and convey, by way of DONATION, unto the DONEE the above-described
motor vehicle;

The DONEE does hereby accept the foregoing DONATION and unconditionally
undertakes not to sell, alienate, mortgage or in any manner dispose the property donated or
any portion thereof, and to use the same exclusively for the benefit of the DONEE;

This DONATION is not made with the object of defrauding the creditors of the
DONOR, having reserved for himself sufficient property to answer for his debts contracted
prior to this date;

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
