WITNESSETH: THAT—
The DONOR is the registered owner of a certain unit of motor vehicle, particularly

The DONEE does hereby accept the foregoing DONATION and unconditionally
undertakes not to sell, alienate, mortgage or in any manner dispose the property donated or
any portion thereof, and to use the same exclusively for the benefit of the DONEE;
This DONATION is not made with the object of defrauding the creditors of the
DONOR, having reserved for himself sufficient property to answer for his debts contracted
prior to this date;
