Why TimeNet ?
Description
This certification lays the foundation for all other Cisco certifications. The Cisco
Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation indicates apprentice knowledge of
networking. The Cisco Certified Network Associate knows how to install, configure,
and operate simple (SMB) routed LAN, WAN, and dial access services, as well as
switched LANs and ATM LANE networks. They also need to be able to optimize
WAN traffic through Internet access solutions that reduce bandwidth and reduce
WAN costs using features such as: Filtering with Access Lists, Bandwidth on
Demand (BOD), and Dial on demand routing.
The protocols and concepts included in this understanding are IP, IGRP Serial,
Frame Relay, IP RIP, VLANs, Ethernet, and Access Lists. Although there are no
prerequisites to test for the CCNA certification, to remain competitive and succeed
as you pursue your career, proper training is essential for extending your
knowledge and strengthening your professional options.
