 1.Introduction

Each mode of transport has different characteristics in the term of the transport conditions
in case our training project becomes an essential part, since it allows us to optimize the
times achieving the efficiency in the service that offers to improve the costs and a higher
performance, we can also show the process to be clear about the transit and the arrival of
the documentation to give you a procedure as soon as possible

• Identify the different means of transport and understand their characteristics and
advantages.
• Establish relationships between the geographical environment and transportation systems.
• Reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of some means of transport.
• Analyze which means of transport make our work more agile to fulfill the commitments
acquired with customers

 3. Modes de Transportation

 Select and describe the mode of transport that you will use to mobilize your training
product.

The objective of using motorbikes in our daily work, makes the distribution of the
documentation we handle more agile and faster offering our customers a better service,
saving time in deliveries facilitating access on routes saving economic resources and
infrastructure of the personal, thus satisfying the requirements of our customers, making
the difference with our competition

 Nature of the Product:

As we had previously talked about our work in the training work we have to deliver the
documentation duly legalized, complete and in the shortest possible time to the client, as in

the process several areas participate to consolidate the documentation, such as urban and air
transport , since through the people who deliver the orders they must verify before the
recipient delivers the documentation they must verify that it is sealed correctly that the
copies of the invoices

 speed: This means of transport is one of the most agile because it avoids traffic jams
that cause delays in the high traffic of the city, we can comply with the delivery
schedules agreed to the documentation to customers, which generates more trust and
security before our clients with the acquired commitments

 Climate: the personnel that works with the company wears an adequate dress to
avoid bad weather from day to day which is protected both the documentation that
will be delivered and thus does not suffer any kind of damage when programmed to
offer it.

The time or course in which we can deliver the documentation would be in 20 minutes
Faster deliveries because are made in motorized transport (Motorcycles or cars)
Related to orders mistakes, deliveries can be fixed up in a less time, Avoiding client delays in
their own processes
Due to the location, transportation costs decrease.
Customer facilities are located in the same logistic complex; therefore, distance transportation
decrease as employee quantity doing too.

We can see that the means of transport have contributed to a very important economic
development, as they help companies to be more agile by being more competitive in the
market, creating more profitability by offering our customers a better service in the agreed
time
