1. Customer Executive:
 Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and
services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
 Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details
of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process
orders, forms and applications.
2. Store Manager:
 Recruiting employees for the store is the store manager’s prime
responsibility.
 He is responsible for managing the assets of the store.
3. CEO:
 Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and
informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and
supporting Board's evaluation of chief executive.
 Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs,
products and services.
