NARRATIVE REPORT

The Araling Panlipunan department once again conducted the departmental meeting last
February 13, 2020 at exactly 8:30 in the morning. It was headed by the Head Teacher of Araling
Panlipunan department, Roberto L. Fontillas Jr.
The meeting was done also to remind the task needed to be done and completed for the
upcoming hectic days this remaining days of February, March and April.
The agenda of the meeting are the following:
 Reminded us to prepare our Classroom Observation Tools.
 Instructed those Araling Panlipunan teachers who are teaching double period for days to
include their excess 1 hour to Adopt-A-Class Program.
 Reminded us what to be done on the upcoming Supreme Student Government
Automated/Synchronized Election.
 Our Head Teacher re-echo to us the discussion they had on their meeting with Madam
Principal Dr. Carolyn Fontillas.

 Everyone was ordered to follow the schedules mentioned above to pass on time or can
pass earlier than the date scheduled.
 Encourages aspiring teachers to join the ranking for the upcoming vacant positions in
Araling Panlipunan.

The discussions run smoothly and exchanging of ideas were there. Teachers were satisfied and
enlighten with their concerns and filed with informations.
The meeting ended well, despite the handful paper works waiting to be accomplished everyone
went home feeling light because every task will be done with the help of one another. Surely,
teaching is not tiresome when you have happy co-workers to work with.
