For Panna Cotta

Whole milk 11 oz 11

Sugar 2 tablespoon 2

Honey 5 tablespoon 5

Whipping Cream 33 oz 33

Unflavored Powdered Gelatin 2 tablespoon 12

For Berries Wine Syrup

Fresh Berries 20 oz 11

Red Wine 16 oz 16

Directions:

For the Panna Cotta

1) Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes to soften the gelatin.

Pour milk mixture into a heavy saucepan and stir over medium heat just until the gelatin dissolves but the milk

does not boil, about 5 minutes.

Add the cream, honey, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat.

2) Divide into 10 small containers and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours.

For Wine Syrup


1) chop the berries, add the sugar and the wine and take to the pan until obtaining consitency of syrup
2) Let it cool

Service
1) Uncover the panna cotta and serve with the syrup on top
