The following exercise gives you an opportunity

to explore the theme of the dimensions of existence on a personal level.

Start by becoming still within yourself.
Focus on your breathing for a moment.
Give yourself a heartfelt inner welcome.
Promise yourself that you will be good company for yourself while you do this
exercise.
You can achieve this by not judging what emerges, but by simply observing and
noticing whatever
comes.
Think about your present life and ask yourself “Who am I?”
Note down all the possible answers that spontaneously come to mind.
Complete the phrase “I am” with different responses until you have at least ten
ways
you can define yourself.
You can stop this clip for a while in order to give yourself the time you need to
write
down your answers.
Continue to explore your life with the question:
“To what do I devote my time, energy or money?”
Note down at least five answers that describe how you mainly invest your time,
energy or money
You can stop again this video for a while. You take your time for this.
The next question that can be used to explore this theme is:
“What do I worry about?”
Briefly describe five of your main concerns.
Think about what you do when you seek comfort, solace or need to relax.
Note down about five things that describe how you might attend to your need for
comfort
or relaxation.
Then note down five answers to the question:
“From what do I derive particular joy, pleasure, happiness and fulfilment?”
Once you have written down what you have learned about yourself through these
questions,
go on to read the text “Dimensions of existence”.
After reading the text you can place your answers to the questions in this exercise
in the “Dimensions of existence”.
Don't worry about whether you have 'the right dimension'.
Some answers may fit into more than one dimension.
I wish you meaningful discoveries.
