1. MAKE A LIST OF EACH TYPE OF MARKET IN YOUR COUNTRY.
 The primary market:
- Gloria: It was a company that was born in Arequipa, positioned itself in Peru in the sale of
dairy products. In March 1986, José Rodríguez Banda acquired the majority percentage of Gloria
S.A. shares.

-Interbank: Founded in 1897 as Banco Internacional del Perú, it started in Jirón de la Unión and
expanded. In July 1994, Carlos Rodríguez Pastor Mendoza was the only shareholder with 91% of
the shares.

-Backus: Founded in 1879 by Mr. Jacobo Backus and Howard Johnston as an ice maker, this
company would become the main brewery in Peru. In 1890, Mr. Ricardo Bentín Mujica acquired
the majority of the company's shares.

-Inca Kola: Marketed and founded in 1935, a carbonated beverage that positioned itself as the
best-selling beverage in Peru, surpassing Coca Cola. In 1999, the Coca Cola company acquired
49% of shares.

-Pilsen Callao: Marketed and founded in 1863 as the beer that competed with Backus in Lima, in
1994 the Backus company acquired 62% of shares.

2. EXPLAIN THE IMPORTANCE OF MARKET IN THE GLOBALIZATION


 The primary market: Companies sell new stocks and bonds to the public for the first time, such as
with an initial public offering.
 The secondary market: is basically the stock market and refers to the exchanges worldwide, is
where those securities are traded by investors.
 Auction market: An auction market brings many people together for the sale and purchase of
specific lots of goods.
 Financial market: Refers to any place where securities, currencies and bonds are traded between
two parties. These markets are the basis of capitalist societies.
