DEMAND LETTER

To: Clemente Salazar

This is in connection with your unpaid rental covering the period of

November 2015 to February 2015 in the total amount of P 25,500.00. Repeated
demands were made upon you to update your rental arrears. But you failed
and refused and still fails and refuses to pay your obligation in violation of the
lease agreement.

Accordingly, demand is hereby made upon you to pay the amount of

P25,500.00 within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we
will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you.
