Charles Frey Prior to starting-up the Sun affiliated companies and the holding company Sun Asset Holdings, Inc., Mr.
Frey held executive officer, senior financial, operational and real estate development positions with
Sunterra Resorts, Inc. Over his years with Sunterra Mr. Frey served as an Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer and President of the USA Operations, Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Owner Services
for this public company. Mr. Frey was materially involved with the development of Sunterra’s Cypress
Board Chairman Pointe and Embassy Grand Beach projects in Orlando. Mr. Frey was with Sunterra from its 1992 inception
and was instrumental with building the company before and after the Initial Public Offering in 1996. Prior
to joining Sunterra, Mr. Frey was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer with Trammell Crow Residential in
Boca Raton, and a commercial division controller with Gerald Hines Interests in Houston, both real estate
development companies.

Mr. Frey is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Accounting and a minor in
Economics. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas, a Florida Real Estate Broker, a licensed
Mortgage Loan Originator, and a Community Association Manager in Florida.

Dorien Nuñez
Nunez provides his expertise to others in the Industry as a member of the P&I Research Advisory

moderator, speaker and conference chairperson for educational events. Nunez's experience spans
Director of Research more than 25 and includes: Institutional investing; conducting risk management, analyses and
monitoring. He has specialized in Emerging Manager programs and Trustee/Staff Education for
more than 20 years. He has been a Consultant to the "Presidential Commission on Minority

received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he won the Uehlmann Award for his
